This family owned auto glass shop in Highlands Ranch, Colorado has served the Denver area since 1994. It repairs and replaces windshields, side and rear windows and sunroofs, calibrates driver assistance cameras, and comes to the customer when the car can't come to the shop.
We set up its tracking in August 2026 and took over its Google Ads at the end of September. Here's what we changed, and why we changed it.
Call and Form Tracking
The account's old conversion numbers couldn't be checked against real leads. Of the 24 conversions it recorded before August 14, 16 were form submissions, while the shop's form tool showed one real entry. Google's bidding learns from those numbers, so we rebuilt the tracking first. A lead now means a form that reaches the thank-you page, or a call from the ads that lasts at least 45 seconds.
Some real calls weren't being counted at all. When someone clicked an ad on their phone and then tapped Call Us on the website, the call went to the shop's main number, so Google never saw it. From July to early October, those buttons were tapped 35 times and Google Ads counted 6 calls from them. Now they show Google's forwarding number to anyone who came from an ad.
A Landing Page for Each Ad Group
The mobile service ad was sending people to the homepage, and the windshield repair and windshield replacement ads shared one page. So we built six landing pages, one for each group of ads: auto glass replacement, windshield repair, windshield replacement, mobile auto glass repair, sunroof repair and ADAS calibration.
Each ad now names the service the person searched for, shows the shop's 4.7 Google rating, and sends the click to the page built for that service. The ads also said Nearly 30 Years Experience, which undersold a shop open since 1994, so every ad now says over 30 years.
The Landing Page Hero
Each page opens with the service and the town, like Windshield Repair in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Above it sit the shop's 4.7 Google rating and a badge showing it has been family owned since 1994.
The first version had an intro paragraph under the H1. Nobody was going to read it, so it became four short trust points instead, like most repairs done in under an hour and often covered by insurance, with a call button right below.
What's Below the Hero
Right under the hero is what every job includes, eight steps from start to finish, so people can see the work before they call. Everything else about the service, like repair or replace, insurance and mobile service, sits in one section instead of running down the page, because the first version felt too long.
Then come the team, a short FAQ, eight real Google reviews with the one closest to that service first, and the quote form. The form is the shop's own, so every lead arrives with the vehicle year, make and model their team asks for.
